In 2025, on the heels of our national Military Thriving Change Forum at Georgetown University last fall, we are targeting regions of the country that are poised for economic growth but hindered by skills gaps in industries and service professions that are vital to national security and key to strong, thriving communities.
Our objective is to introduce our whole of region approach and see if there is an interest in building a coalition of the committed to create the first Military Thriving region of the country. NW Indiana was identified as one of these regions. Given our close relationships with multiple Veteran leaders and national and local military nonprofits with influence in Indiana, we welcome you to join a roundtable meeting at St. Joe’s County Library at 304 N. Main Street in South Bend on April 16th from 10 am to 11:30 am.
